The NanoSmart Laundry Ball however carries an Unconditional 3 Year Guarantee when used for domestic purposes (see details below). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will reimburse you upon the return of your purchased item within the specified period (conditions apply – see Guarantee & Returns below).

Pricing

Prices throughout the website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Australian sales tax). For overseas sales the value of the tax component is deducted from the Actual Shipping Cost so that the total cost of your purchase is in fact free of Australian tax and is reduced accordingly.

It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your card over the counter in a store.

To ensure the privacy and security of your online purchases, we use the latest encryption software on our site. At no time do we store your credit card details. NanoChoice highly value the strong relationship we have with our customers, and the data we collect will be handled sensitively and securely and with proper regard for privacy. We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service, and to administer our business. NanoChoice fully supports the 'National Privacy Principles' launched in December 2001. These principals have been incorporated in our Privacy Policy.

 

Payment Options
Payment is via PayPal gateway where you can pay as a registered PayPal member or by direct credit card transaction using Visa, MasterCard and American Express and there is NO SURCHARGE for using your credit card to make purchases. 

 

Shipping

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $7.95 for all orders within Australia. This rate applies to all orders, no matter the size or quantities. Purchases are usually processed and shipped the same day. However, orders that are received late in the day may be processed and shipped the next business day. Within Australia we generally ship via Australian Parcel Post. Overseas orders will be sent Airmail via Australia Post.

 

Guarantee & Returns

NanoSmart Laundry Ball

For domestic use, the NanoSmart Laundry Ball carries a 3 Year guarantee. During this 3 year period, should your NanoSmart Laundry Ball fail mechanically in any way, it will be replaced immediately free of charge. 

Additionally, if you are experiencing any difficulties whatsoever, please contact our staff for assistance, but in any event, if during the first 12 months you are not totally satisfied with the results, you can return your Laundry Ball(s) for a refund.

To return NanoSmart Laundry Balls to NanoChoice, please call us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number, then affix postage to your package and send the ball or balls, together with your proof of purchase, to the address below.
Under these conditions we guarantee to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt of the return. Shipping is not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. We cannot, however, accept returns after 3 years or for items that have been dammaged through mishandling or that were not used in a domestic environment.

 

All Other Products

NanoChoice is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot, however, accept returns after 30 days or for items that are not in their original condition or packaging, are damaged or have missing parts.

Our Quality Control team inspect every shipment into NanoChoice's warehouse to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

To return products to NanoChoice, please call us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number, then affix postage to your package and send it to the address below. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable, except as stated above. If you are returning an article for exchange, standard shipping charges, if applicable, will apply for the outgoing parcel.

If the box or packaging is damaged in any way at delivery, please note this fact on the docket when signing for your parcel. If when you open the parcel, you find any damage to the contents, PLEASE RETAIN THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL for inspection by the Insurance Inspector. If this is not done, it may void the insurance and possible refund.
