These Terms and Conditions govern the use of NanoChoice's online service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by NanoChoice. Shopping at the NanoChoice online store is quick and easy and gives customers convenient and secure shopping.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using our secure online PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST (10% sales tax). All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. (See Errors of Information)

Security

We cannot change orders once they have been placed, although if notified by the customer of an order error by email, we will do our best to correct the order.

Errors of Information
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), NanoChoice shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is subsequently cancelled, NanoChoice shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price as soon as possible.

Applicable Law
As far as legally possible this agreement, its terms and conditions and Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and/or its Service will only be dealt with in a court in Perth in the state of Western Australia, Australia.
